IDEA is a machine, which has been especially designed for use in the model working and composite materials sector. This entails a high-performance machining centre with a mobile cross-beam fitted across the top of the structure. This kind of design allows you to have a smaller mass moving in regards to conventional models, so improving the interpolation dynamics when machining complex workpieces that require frequent directional changes along the axis. The range is divided into two types: the L series features vertical single travel RAM on the beam, for spindle drives not exceeding 15 kW. The P series features a dual-sliding RAM enclosed in a BOX, for up to 30 kW of power. IDEA provides multiple solutions for anchoring workpieces that can meet different needs, ranging from suction platens, grills, platens with reverse T-slots, as well as hybrid systems. On request the machine can be fitted with a completely sealed cabin for dust containment. The numerous optional accessories and range of installable CNC’s allow us to best meet every single need of our customers.
